1.2. Information We Generate (Behavioral Data)

As a job simulation platform, we track and generate data based on your activities. This is considered "Work and Learning Behavior Data" and is critical for our service:

• Work Behavior: Metrics on task completion, time management, problem-solving approaches, code quality, and collaboration patterns during simulations.
• Learning Activity: Course progress, assessment scores, and engagement levels.
• Usage Data: Log files, device information, browser type, and IP address.

2. How We Use Your Personal Data

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To Provide Services: managing your account, providing access to courses and simulations.
• To Facilitate Hiring: Sharing your verified skills and work behavior reports with potential employers (with your consent).

3. Advertisements on Platform

To sustain our platform and keep certain services accessible, we may display advertisements.

• Third-Party Ads: We may work with third-party advertising partners to serve ads on the KultureHire platform.
• Relevance: These ads may be targeted based on your general profile interests or the category of courses you are viewing. We do not sell your personal contact information to advertisers.
• Consent: By using the platform, you agree to receive such advertising content.

4. Experimental Features

KultureHire is a rapidly evolving platform. We frequently test new "Experimental Features" (e.g., AI-driven mentors, new simulation engines, beta assessment tools).

5. Account Deletion and Retention

We believe in your right to be forgotten, but this right is balanced against the integrity of the hiring data we provide to employers.

5.1. Eligibility for Deletion

You may request the deletion of your account only after you have completed at least one (1) job simulation program or course.

Reason: We create comprehensive work behavior profiles that are sent to employers. To prevent data manipulation (e.g., starting a program, tracking poor performance, and deleting the account to hide it), we require a minimum level of genuine participation before processing deletion.

5.2. Deletion Process & Data Retention

When your deletion request is approved:

• Personal Identifiers Deleted: We will permanently delete your name, email address, phone number, and social profile links.
• Work Behavior Retained: We retain anonymized work behavior data, project submissions, and performance metrics.

Why we retain this: This data integrity is essential for the validity of our certification and ranking systems. Your past work behavior remains part of the aggregate employer reports but is no longer linked to your personal identity.

6. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Users

KultureHire operates from India. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in India, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country of residence.
