1. Personal information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, password.
• Profile details: LinkedIn URL, resume, education, and skills.
• Payment information: our payment processor collects what it needs to charge you. We do not store full card numbers.

1.2 Information we generate

• Work behavior: task completion, time management, problem-solving, and collaboration during simulations.
• Learning activity: course progress, scores, and engagement.
• Usage data: logs, device, browser, and IP address.

2. How we use your data

• To run your account and give access to courses and programs.
• To share verified skills and work behavior reports with employers when you consent.
• To improve the platform and content.
• To send account, security, and support messages.

3. Advertisements

We may show ads so some services can stay accessible. Ads may use general interests or the category you are viewing. We do not sell your contact details to advertisers.

4. Experimental features

We test new features such as AI mentors or assessment tools. Use is voluntary, though a feature may be on by default while we test it. Experimental features are provided as-is and can change or be removed. Data from those tests has the same privacy protections as the rest of the platform.

5. Account deletion and retention

You may request deletion after you have completed at least one job simulation program or course. This reduces the risk of someone starting a program, hiding a poor record, and deleting the account.

When a deletion is approved, we delete personal identifiers such as name, email, phone, and social links. We retain anonymized work behavior, submissions, and performance metrics so certificates and employer reports stay valid.

6. Security and international users

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures. No internet transmission is completely secure.

KultureHire operates from India. By using the services, you acknowledge that your information is processed in India.
