These terms govern your use of the KultureHire platform.

Consent-based tracking
We track work and learning behavior to improve hiring decisions. That analysis is shared with employers, mentors, and instructors.
Data is not resold
Personal information is never resold. Data may move only if KultureHire is acquired, with notice as required.
Fair play
Cheating or gaming simulations is prohibited and can lead to a ban.
7-day refunds
Paid purchases have a 7-day refund window. Request from the refund policy page while signed in.
1. Introduction
Welcome to KultureHire. KultureHire (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a job simulation platform. By accessing or using our platform, website, and services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
KultureHire is a brand of KULTUREHIRE EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated in India (CIN: U85307TN2023PTC163604). These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
2. Data collection and usage
2.1 Personal profile information
When you register, you provide information such as name, contact number, email, and LinkedIn URL. We use this to identify you and communicate with you.
2.2 Work and learning behavior data
KultureHire tracks work behavior and learning behavior generated from simulations, projects, courses, and platform use. This includes how you approach tasks, time management, problem-solving, course completion, and assessment performance.
3. Consent and permissions
By using the platform, you grant consent for the following:
- Tracking, analyzing, and storing work and learning behavior.
- Sharing relevant profile and behavior data with employers, instructors, mentors, and project posters for hiring, internship, or mentorship.
We will not resell your personal information to third-party marketing agencies. If KultureHire is acquired or merged, you consent to the transfer of your data so the service can continue.
4. Code of conduct
- Do not use unauthorized assistance, bots, or unfair means on simulations or assessments.
- Do not manipulate metrics to create a false impression of your skills.
- Stay professional with mentors, employers, and peers. Harassment can result in immediate termination.
Violating these terms can result in suspension or a permanent ban.
5. Confidentiality
Work files, documents, code, and assets from a job simulation are confidential. Do not publish them publicly. You may share them privately with potential employers or instructors for professional improvement.
6. Refunds
Paid purchases on KultureHire have a 7-day refund window from the purchase date. Free enrolments are not refundable. Request a refund from the refund policy page while signed in. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear in 5–10 business days.
7. Grievance redressal
Raise issues internally first at team@kulturehire.com or through platform support. Give us a reasonable time to investigate. Do not post the grievance on public forums until that process has failed or we have rejected it.
8. Intellectual property and liability
Platform content is owned by KultureHire or its suppliers. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to run and improve the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KultureHire is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the Services.
